The Confusion of Recruitment

I always remember recruitment being described to me like the circus act you used to see, where the performer is trying to keep five plates spinning on five different canes while making sure they don’t fall off, one of the best analogies out there, so it turns out... Balancing the amount of jobs versus candidates or client visits versus candidate interviews...
This course unwraps a lot of the confusion and allows our consultants to put it into some sort of perspective.
