What a ridiculous thing to imagine that a recruitment consultant needs training on interviewing skills... of course we do, we all do, ongoing training is an absolute must with any aspect of our jobs. Interviewing skills can make or break a good consultant and there are tips for everyone. Whether it be the questions we ask, the way we ask them or whether it be all about the things we don’t ask!
