"I have used Peter on several occasions to help me further my career and always very successfully and swiftly. He is always my first port of call...  I recommend him to all of my friends and colleagues and shall continue to do so in the future." - A.M., Dalby, QLD

Job Skills Courses

Job Skills Courses
The training courses I can provide for you are fully flexible and can take many forms and be of varying lengths. I have half day and full day courses but as far as the recruitment industry is concerned I believe the short, sharp 1 hour training sessions are most effective as long as they are held on a regular basis. Weekly training of this nature needs to be short sharp high impact training, informative enough to have an impact on the consultants working week but also interactive and enjoyable enough that the consultants listen and more importantly learn.
The training we offer would be structured based on the frequency you required, whether it be, once every now and again or a regular basis such as monthly or weekly.
My professional opinion would be that if you set consistent and regular times to hold the training, we can produce a more structured plan to ensure we determine and achieve all of our objectives. Price would obviously be based on frequency of the training sessions.
There are many different subjects available, some of the more relevant to recruitment would be the ones shown in the navigation column on the left. Feel free to have a read of some of the topics or just give us a call for a no obligation chat.
“I see myself as a coach rather than a trainer. I prefer the word coach rather than train because I believe they are similar in nature but very different in their delivery… A big difference between the two is that coaching is about having respect for someone’s already great abilities and helping them understand how they can enhance their skills to better their own successes” - Peter Martin
