Induction Training
One of the most important training sessions to get right in any business, is of course, the initial induction training for new consultants. It is one of those areas where many principals and consultants can and do deliver, but it is whether or not they can deliver the points to ensure maximum impact and therefore produce maximum motivation and drive in each new consultant from day one.
 
The individual requirements of your business, system nuances and procedures can be delivered in such as way to provide the necessary information but in a way to produce maximum motivation.
 
The point is that I can deliver the training with the correct amount of passion and motivation that gets a new consultants head in the right space in order to bill as quickly as possible. There can then be ongoing visits from myself or my team if required to provide fast track or (crèche) training if required in order to ensure that the initial training is taken on board and used according.
