In addition to hundreds of ongoing clients, we also have an equally large number of clients who require the services of our expert business consultants only occasionally. These are clients who occasionally need to speak to an expert about a particular subject or hurdle. It is to cater to the needs fo such clients that we have introduced our Online Skype Consultation Service. This service allows business owners from all across the world to speak to one of our expert business consultants wherever and whenever they need to, without the need to commit to our regular coaching service.
 
We offer three ‘Skype when you need it’ options to our clients worldwide. Simply choose one of the option that suits you best and click the ‘Buy Now’ button. You will be taken to our Secure PayPal account for making the payment.
 
Once we have received your payment, we will contact you via email within 24 hours to arrange a Skype consultation.  During the consultation you will be able to privately discuss the matters on your mind, receive expert advice, and have any and all of your questions answered in real time.


 
Online Coaching Package $299.00 per month

 

The Online Coaching package is a highly innovative online business coaching package. This package has been specifically designed for new business owners who feel that they need 24/7 assistance in handling the various aspects of their business and making important decisions, but who also don’t feel they can bear the financial burden that comes with hiring the services of a full-time expert business consultant.

 
This starter package will enable you to bounce ideas off a virtual business partner who is a business expert and still be able to keep up with the demands of your tight budget. Your dedicated online business coach will be there to assist you in any way they can. You can ask questions about any and every aspect of running your business, including time management, marketing, planning, sales, suppliers, customers, and much more.
 
One of the best things about this coaching package is that there is no limit to the number of email queries you can send. You can upgrade your package anytime as your business grows and you feel that you require more assistance and support.
 
NOTE: This package is based on a 6-month subscription. Your business coach will be available to answer any of your questions via email 7 days a week and will answer your questions within 24 hours.

In addition to all the benefits included in the Online Coaching package, the Online Plus package includes numerous premium assistance and support features.
 
Sometimes, the assistance and support provided by a virtual business coach via email isn’t enough – you need to speak to a business coach in person. Our Online Plus package includes up to 2 hours of telephone support, every month, which is available 6 days a week, Monday – Saturday during our extended office hours of 8am-8pm.
 
A great feature of this package is assistance and support via conference calls. You can arrange for conference calls with you and your business partners or direct one on one support with you or any member of your team.
 
NOTE: This package is based on a 6 month subscription.
Additional Site Visits
 
In addition to the above packages, we also recommend a minimum of 2 site visits per year. However, we do suggest four per year - one every three months. Your consultant will visit you for an entire day. The consultant will receive a complete update on all policies and procedures and staffing issues and will perform systems review and a general business health check. On the conclusion of the visit your assigned consultant will put together a comprehensive written report outlining key issues and making recommendations for change.
 
NOTE: Site visits are priced at $1000.00 plus flight costs, if outside of Brisbane.
